At our North St campus we will be changing our dismissal at the end of the school day. 🛑 Parents will be asked to park in the parking lot, and then come up to the building to retrieve their child(ren) at the end of the day. The gates to the parking lot will be closed until all of the children have been picked up and are in their vehicles. At the time we will then open the gates for parents to exit the parking lot. 🚸Those students who are walkers will still exit the building from the front doors of the school, but parents will need to notify the school ahead of time so we know which students are being picked up, which ones are walkers and who will be riding the bus. 💙 Dismissal at the end of the day is always a challenge so we thank you for your patience. ❤️

Dear Families,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! We are so excited to get this year started. Please check the school
app for open house information; we can't wait to see everyone! We’ve completed a much needed update to
the music room at the North St. Campus. Please make sure you stop and take a look!
We continue to be committed to providing our families and students with the best Catholic education. This year,
we needed to implement a tuition increase due to rising education costs. I want to reassure you that we have
done everything possible to avoid this increase. The average cost to educate this year will be $9,792, with the
top Ed Choice scholarship being $6,166, leaving a significant gap. Additionally, we will only be receiving 50%
of our usual subsidy from the parishes.
Tuition will increase by $550 for the first student in your family and $350 for each additional student. Please be
assured that we do not want this to cause any financial hardship for any of our families. There are additional
scholarships available if needed, and you can email or call me to request the application.
We hold high standards for ourselves and those we serve, always striving to be better than we were yesterday.
To achieve this, we must hire, retain, and train the right people, offer the best curriculum and instructional
programs, and provide opportunities for our students to grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally.
Finally, Piqua Catholic School will never turn a family away due to financial challenges. There are several
options available for families in need. Our doors are open to all who are committed to building a strong
partnership with us and desire a Catholic education for their child. If you need tuition assistance, please

All tuition invoices will be ready by the week of August 4th.
