Crooked Handle Brewery created a custom beer for our school Taste & See Spring Social fundraiser last weekend and is now offering to brew it again and offer it in 6 packs for sale to our school community. It is based on an old world recipe once brewed by monks in monasteries throughout Europe. Commonly called a "Patersbier" or "Father's Beer" it is a Trappist-style Belgian Ale and has lightly malted grains paired with the classic fruity/spicy characteristics from Belgian yeast with a light touch of piney and earthy hops. It is light and thirst quenching. ABV - 4.5% IBU - 19.5
