A friendly reminder that this year's Christmas Concert: Do You Hear What I Hear? is on December 15th at 6:30pm! For this year, K-4 students may wear general concert attire for the show. I.e. dresses, skirts, dress pants, ties, blouses, etc... wear what you would wear to church! Please keep in mind that all outfits must adhere to the student handbook guidelines given to families at the start of the year. If you have any questions please reach out to Miss Thornsberry. Calling all boys 2nd grade through 6th grade! On Wednesday, December 28th at Lehman High School from 9am to Noon there will be a Holiday Baseball Camp. The Piqua Catholic Junior Optimist Club is selling Elite Fundraising Coupon Books. Each book is $20, and also comes with a Midas oil change card. The coupon book contains restaurant coupons for places such as: Buffalo Wild Wings, Roosters, Hot Head Burritos, Rapid Fire Pizza, Coldstone Creamery, Applebees, Viva La Fiesta, Outback Steakhouse and more! The book also has coupons for Great Escape Game, Wild Axe Throwing. Dunhams, Advanced Auto Parts, and Shelby Oaks Golf Club. This is to just name a few of the places! Please consider purchasing a book for yourself or as a gift! The Junior Optimist will receive $10 for each coupon book that is sold. Piqua Catholic will once again be participating in the Downtown Piqua Holiday Parade scheduled for Saturday, December 3rd at 2:00. We will throw candy canes, wear our Piqua Catholic spirit wear and show our Cavalier Pride as we march through downtown Piqua. **We will meet at the corner of Harrison and North St at 1:30pm. The parade order number is R9 between Park National’s float and St Paul’s Youth Education’s float. ** So plan to bundle up and join us for the fun!

Can you help? One of our regular bingo volunteers will be out of town from Dec 5 - 21 so we could use help covering from 5-7 pm at the Caserta Center on Monday and Wednesday to hand out regular bingo papers to customers based on the purchase (cashier lets you know) and to sell papers for the 2 extra games. Do you ever wish for an "Out of Uniform" day when YOU need it? Out late the night before and forgot to wash up the uniforms, or your child is wanting a day off from uniforms? We’ve got an answer for that! Introducing: "Out of Uniform" passes! The "Out of Uniform" pass can be purchased in the front office: 1 pass for $10.00 3 passes for $20.00 Per student (no more than 3 per child) to be used during the 2022-2023 School Year only. Clothing choice must adhere to the school Handbook (ie. No leggings, ripped/torn clothes, etc.). Sweatpants, jeans, and like clothing are allowed. Passes can NOT be used on Holy Days or Mass days. Passes may be given to siblings or friends. Stop into the office TODAY!

And the winner is….. Kolson Petty! Our Turkey Raffle winner was 6th grader Kolson Petty, he won $60.00 in gift cards, two “Out of Uniform” passes and two “Homework Passes” Thank you to all of the students who purchased raffle tickets to win this Turkey, we raised $700.00 towards the Jr High Sudan Water Project. The Jr High students are still collecting aluminum cans so be sure to save yours during the Thanksgiving break. Congratulations Kolson!

Keep those cans coming!! The Jr High “Cans for Sudan” Water Project to raise $1000.00 this school year for the people of Sudan is coming along nicely but we still need your cans! With Thanksgiving this week and lots of family in town, if you are able to save all of your aluminum cans and bring them in next week we can keep our fundraiser moving in the right direction.
