December 15th at the North St. campus gymnasium beginning at 6:30pm our music teacher, Rachel Thornsberry welcomes all of our parents Preschool/Pre-K through 4th grade for our annual Christmas Program.
**So parents may plan accordingly, we have scheduled our PreSchool and Pre-K students to perform first and then we will take a brief intermission.
For those parents and family members who only have a Preschool or PreK student, you may stay for the entire evening or you are free to take your child home with you at this point in the program.
The Christmas program will then resume with performances by our Kindergarten through 4th grade students. **


Piqua Catholic's second Dine to Donate of the school year will take place on Wednesday, November 16th from 5-8pm at Wings and Rings in Piqua.
Bring this flier or tell your server when you check out and 10% of all food sales will be donated back to Piqua Catholic.
Come out to Wings and Rings and help support our school!

Our Turkey's feathers are growing MORE! He now has $10.00 in Chipotle, $10.00 to Chipotle, $10.00 to Subway, $10.00 to Starbucks, $10.00 to Cold Stone Creamery, $10.00 to McDonalds, 2 Homework Passes and 2 Out of Uniform Passes!
All students Kindergarten through 8th grade can purchase a raffle ticket for $1.00 in the school office. Tickets may be purchased until November 22nd where we will announce the winner at the end of the school day so this fun Turkey can be taken home right before Thanksgiving break!
All proceeds go to Mr. Lyon's and the Jr. High Students Sudan Safe Water Project.
They are also still taking aluminum can donations for their ongoing project to raise $1000.00 towards the Safe Water Project to benefit the people of Sudan.

Students can bring in new or gently used toys Monday November 14th- November 21st.
All toys will be donated to the Bethany Center.

A friendly reminder that this year's Christmas Concert: Do You Hear What I Hear? is on December 15th at 6:30pm!
For this year, K-4 students may wear general concert attire for the show. I.e. dresses, skirts, dress pants, ties, blouses, etc... wear what you would wear to church!
Please keep in mind that all outfits must adhere to the student handbook guidelines given to families at the start of the year.

Rescheduled!
Picture Retake Day is now being reschedule for Thursday, November 10th beginning at 8:30am for our 1st through 8th graders.
Thursday/Friday Preschoolers will have their pictures done beginning at 9am and any other preschoolers needing retakes done, will be done at this time as well.

Do you ever wish for an "Out of Uniform" day when YOU need it? Out late the night before and forgot to wash up the uniforms, or your child is wanting a day off from uniforms? We’ve got an answer for that!
Introducing: "Out of Uniform" passes!
The "Out of Uniform" pass can be purchased in the front office:
1 pass for $10.00
3 passes for $20.00
Per student (no more than 3 per child) to be used during the 2022-2023 School Year only.
Clothing choice must adhere to the school Handbook (ie. No leggings, ripped/torn clothes, etc.). Sweatpants, jeans, and like clothing are allowed.
Passes can NOT be used on Holy Days or Mass days. Passes may be given to siblings or friends.

The next Cavaliers in Action meeting will be held this Wednesday, November 9th beginning at 6:30pm.
