Piqua Catholic School

Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday, November 5th, from 4-7, and Thursday, November 6th, from 2-6.

Sign-ups for conferences will be on Option C for all K-8 classes. To sign up on Option C, choose the "Office" tab and then the "Teacher Conferences "option. The teachers will be shown for each student, with a drop-down of available time slots for that teacher. Please contact the office if you do not know how to access your Option C.

Due to conferences, there will be a 2-hour early dismissal on Thursday, 11/6 (1:00 at DSC and 1:15 at NSC), and there will be No School on Friday, 11/7.

Mass of Remembrance, November 3rd beginning at 7pm in St. Boniface Church.

Thursday, October 30th will be a jeans day with a fall colored shirt for $1.00. Thank you for supporting Student Council💛💙

Damascus Summer Camp 2026 - Group registration deadline is October 31st! For those current 5th-7th graders who are interested in attending Damascus Summer Camp (formerly CYSC) with the local Our Lady of Fatima group attending camp June 21-26, 2026 this is your reminder that the registration deadline to claim one of the pre-reserved spots is October 31st. All spots are released back to the camp after that date. THIS WEEK AT PIQUA CATHOLIC SCHOOL: WEDNESDAY- Please pray for our 7th graders as they leave for their religious retreat to Damascus. 🙏THURSDAY- Kindergarten has a field trip to Stillwater Prairie Reserve. They should wear spirit wear with jeans and should bring a packed lunch. Thursday looks quite chilly so a jacket and possibly boots would be a good idea. 💙 COMING SOON- October 30th students may wear jeans with a fall shirt for $1.00. THIS WEEK AT PIQUA CATHOLIC SCHOOL: MONDAY- NO SCHOOL for Columbus Day. 💙 TUESDAY- We will have the Living Rosary at the North St campus beginning at 1:00. 📿 WEDNESDAY- The Preschools Candy Bar Fundraiser Assembly will take place at both campuses in the morning. 🍫 THURSDAY- For $1.00 students may wear jeans and a sports jersey to support Student Council. 💰 Also, the 3rd and 4th graders will take a field trip to Carillon Park. Students should bring a sack lunch and may wear jeans and spirit wear. Please have them also bring a sweatshirt or jacket as it will be chilly. 💛Have a blessed week Cavaliers!💙

Can you help❓❓ December 1st and 2nd at the North St campus and December 4th and 5th at the Downing St campus will be our Santa Shop! 🎅🏻 Santa Shop is designed for each student K-8th grade to bring in money and use their Christmas list and Christmas gift tags to shop and get 5 items from our Santa Shop. 🎄Each gift will then be wrapped and tagged for their special person(s). 🎁 BUT, we need your help! 🆘 We will have elves (volunteers) help wrapping or bagging each gift that week, so watch for the sign up genius to come out with ways you can help. But if you or someone in your family has extra Christmas gift bags or tags that you could donate we would SO appreciate your donations!! ❤️All donations can be dropped off to either school office. THANK YOU for making our Santa Shop successful!
